Scheduling

Please schedule through Vagaro; link in bio there you will see a calendar with our availabilities. If you are having issues or questions then contact us via private message or text.

Reply times will vary as we are with clients. The prices on Vagaro are starting prices, as explained in the description of the services. Depending on certain product usage the price will go up.

If you must cancel your appointment within 48hrs of your appointment you will still be charged your deposit. If there is an emergency contact us and let me know as soon as possible. we have to compensate our employees even if a client is a no show. If vou cancel vour card or don't pay the deposit we will no longer be able to service you.

CANCELING APPOINTMENTS

LATE TO AN APPOINTMENT

Please arrive on time or early to your appointment. If you know you are going to be late please contact us to let me know. If you are 30mins late fees will apply If you are 1hr late the appointment will be canceled. Deposit will be held on to, if there was no deposit cancelation fee will apply.

 

Sick Policy


IF YOU ARE SICK WITH ANY COLD, FLU OR VIRUS WE ASK THAT YOU PLEASE RESCHEDULE. THERE WILL BE NO CANCELLATION FEE DUE TO AN ILLNESS
PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU HAVE BEEN SYMPTOM FREE FOR 24 HOURS B
EFORE COMING FOR AN APPOINTMENT.

IF IT IS YOUR FIRST TIME SCHEDULING WITH ME PLEASE FILL OUT THE VIRTUAL CONSULTATION SHEET
THE DAY OF APPOINTMENT WILL ALSO HAVE ADDITIONAL CONSULTATIONS
HOWEVER IF YOU ARE SCHEDULING A 5HR+ APPOINTMENT, OR IF YOUR HAIR HAS BOX DYE OR PREVIOUS BLEACH PLEASE MESSAGE ME SO WE CAN SCHEDULE A CONSULTATION APPOINTMENT 1-2 DAYS BEFORE THE APPOINTMENT. THIS WAY WE CAN DO THE NECESSARY STRAND TESTS TO ENSURE
SECURITY OF YOUR HAIR
